This training program aims to foster a deepened understanding of anti-racism principles and practices relative to our work. By committing to these principles, both from an individual and organizational point of view to create more inclusive, equitable, and effective partnerships and projects. 

Integrating anti-racism principles is especially meaningful in the international cooperation sector. By challenging systemic racism and fostering inclusivity in all aspects of our work we become more effective and equitable leading us to true progress.

This training space is divided into six comprehensive modules, each focusing on a crucial aspect of anti-racism on the individual and organizational level. Click on the module icon to access them! They will be made available on a rolling basis over the next few months!

  • Sequential Learning: You may feel free to follow the modules in order but know that this is not required. These modules are meant to create a space that meets you where you’re at.
  • Interactive Elements: Engage with the interactive elements! Each module will be coupled with a guidance note and some interactive elements, feel free to use these to deepen your learning individually, with your teams, etc.
  • Supplementary Resources: Utilize additional resources provided within each module and in our resource library for further reading and exploration. We encourage you to deepen your research and find more!
  • Self-Paced: Progress at your own pace, allowing yourself ample time for reflection and application of concepts. It helps to create a strategy!
  • Support: Reach out to us, to facilitators, or peers for support along your learning journey – it’s important to build a community around your process!
