The facilitation style of this training program will be collaborative alongside the sector. The idea is to engage the sector in its own learning in order to create contextual relevance and highlight the work and progress that has been accomplished. We will be opening a call out to invite organizations to collaborate in creating sessions or submitting facilitator’s they’ve worked with and enjoyed in their personal equity journeys.

Cohesive

By engaging the sectors organizations and other equity professionals we hope to create cohesion with the work and spaces and that are being built in line with this work in and around our sector. We also see this training plan as a single piece in the whole educational strategy of the ARC Hub. As previously mentioned there will be many other pieces to engage and complement a holistic learning experience. 

Comprehensive

As anything built at the ARC Hub, we are aiming to meet folks where they are at by grounding the creation of these session’s around bringing participants along a journey that we build together taking in different needs, experiences, perspectives, and goals. This training plan allows folks to get something from the process whether they’re attending one session or many. It’s been thought through in a way that allows for different levels of capacity and learning needs.
