She/her)(01) (514) 2615334www.linkedin.com/in/amelzaazaa?utm_source=share&utm_campaign=share_via&utm_content=profile&utm_medium=android_appQuebecCanadaFrenchAnti-racism,Equity and inclusion,Human resources,Program and programing,Policy,CommunicationAnti-racism,Anti-oppressions,Intersectional feminism,Decolonization,Intersectional approaches,AEDIJConsultant,Trainer,Advisor,Speaker / facilitator,Workshop,Tools and resources,Storyteller,Mediator,Equity / ethic audit

Originally working in the non-profit sector working in public policy, political advocacy and international human rights, I hold 10 years of experience leading and facilitating anti-racism and anti-oppression educational programming, trainings and curriculum building. As the child of South African refugees and migrants and descendant of indentured labourers, much of my knowledge and analysis is the result of teachings of the anti-Apartheid movement. These experiences have gifted me the opportunity to share with others through knowledge sharing (facilitated discussions, panels, and speeches); education (workshops, lectures, teach-ins); as well as supported the development, implementation and evaluation of programs and policies aimed at increasing intersectional analysis and equity within organizations.[email protected]Iyar(She/her)(1) (514) 6862613ca.linkedin.com/in/serishaiyarCanadaEnglishAnti-racism,Equity and inclusion,Program and programing,Policy,Knowledge sharingAnti-racism,Anti-oppressions,Intersectional feminism,Decolonization,Intersectional approaches,Cultural competencies,Community building,Strategy developmentConsultant,Trainer,Advisor,Speaker / facilitator,Workshop,Tools and resources,Storyteller,Mediator,Equity / ethic audit
