Building Organizational Anti-Racism Strategies

SLD Consulting, in collaboration with the ARC Hub, invite you to a transformative training session focused on developing and implementing effective anti-racism strategies.

Purpose: To advance systemic change and social justice through the delivery of training grounded in transformative learning principles, to enable the embedding of anti-racist strategies at the organizational level, thus advancing the work of the sector toward becoming more just and equitable.

By the end of the Anti-Racism Strategy Development Training session, participants will have:

1. Reviewed the WHAT and WHY of antiracist strategy development

2. Worked through the process steps for developing an organization-wide antiracist strategy

3. Identified helps and hindrances to developing and sustaining an anti-racist strategy

4. Discussed first steps/actions to lead antiracist strategy development and culture shift
